How is KiVaan different from a freelancer or a staffing agency?

We're a focused services company, not a marketplace. You scope with a senior practitioner and that same person delivers. We're not trying to grow a bench of contractors — we're trying to be the team you call when a pursuit gets serious.

Will you sign an NDA before we share details?

Yes. We always start with a mutual NDA before any customer name, deal context, or commercial detail is shared. We have a standard template, and we're happy to use yours.

Do you work directly with end customers, or only through partners?

Both. For SAP presales we work primarily with partners, and we never bypass them or pitch directly to their customer. For AI workflow automation, we work directly with end customers across mid-market and enterprise.

What SAP modules and platforms do you cover?

SAP S/4HANA (Finance, SD, MM, PP, EWM), SAP BTP (including AI Core and Build), SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and Concur. If the pursuit involves something else, we'll be upfront about fit before agreeing scope.

How quickly can you start?

For most pursuits we can have NDA in place same day, scope agreed within 48 hours, and delivery starting within a week. Urgent pursuits often start faster.

How is pricing handled?

Fixed fee for scoped sprints, monthly retainer for ongoing presales support, and capped T&M for automation builds where scope is still emerging. Pricing is always agreed before work begins.
