Our story

Founded on a simple observation: there's never enough good presales to go around.

KiVaan Solutions was started by practitioners who have spent the better part of a decade inside SAP pursuits, transformations, and the increasingly AI-shaped work that surrounds them. Time and again, we saw the same thing: partners losing or delaying deals not because they didn't have the technical answer, but because they didn't have a senior presales hand free at the right moment.

So we built KiVaan to be that hand. Independent. NDA-first. Available by the engagement. And, as our second practice took shape, we started doing the same for AI workflow automation — applying the same discipline of discovery, scoping, and clean delivery to the work that happens between systems.

Why I started KiVaan.

After years of running and supporting SAP pursuits, I kept watching the same scene play out — sellers under-prepared for demos, partners scrambling for senior presales, and customers left waiting on responses that should have taken days. Meanwhile, AI was quietly making it possible to automate the workflows that used to soak up entire teams.

KiVaan Solutions is my answer to both. A focused services practice for partners who need senior presales without the burden of a full-time hire, and an automation practice for businesses that know the answer to "we just do that manually" should not be "forever".
